At Mega Mouse Pads, we provide quality products to our customers. Still, in the case, if the customer gets the wrong product or the product doesn’t meet the quality standards, we provide easy refunds and replacements to our customers.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Who is eligible for a refund?

We only provide a refund if the product is defective or doesn’t meet the quality standards. We are not responsible for the item that was damaged due to accident, improper installation, misuse, or any unauthorized alterations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you get an item that doesn’t meet the quality standards or any defective item, take a picture of it and send it at [email protected] Our support team will analyze that item, and if your exchange request is approved, we will exchange it with a new one.

NOTE: We keep a record of items (like pictures of the item before shipping) before sending them to your shipping address.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
